As a member of NYU Langone Health’s Emergency Medicine Department leadership, Margo took on the role of Executive Sponsor for the first Wellness and Engagement committee amid the Covid-19 surge in NYC. Spearheading the creation of a comprehensive program, she focused on enhancing employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction. This involved organizing various activities, including  weekly Qigong classes led personally by her. Margo's contributions were instrumental in upholding staff morale during a challenging period for both the department and the broader healthcare community.
