In 2000, a major accident turned my life upside down, leaving me with a cascade of health challenges that doctors couldn’t fully address. In my 20s, I found myself unable to fully enjoy my youth, constantly battling chronic pain and frequent illness, which affected my confidence and wellbeing. Exhausted and sick of being sick, I realized I needed to take matters into my own hands.

In 2006, I made a bold and daring move by leaving Poland for New York City, to pursue my dream internship in Public Relations. Without any support network, I had to build my life from scratch—navigating a new culture, adapting to the fast-paced and competitive atmosphere, and learning to thrive on my own. Despite the challenges, I was determined to forge my path and make it. Shortly after settling in, I began my self-healing journey, inspired by a friend and my first health mentor, who showed me that we have the power to take control of our health.

As I was establishing my life and career, I also worked tirelessly to restore my health. This dual challenge taught me resilience, the importance of stress mastery, and how to create sustainable wellness practices, even in the most high-pressure environments.
​
Over the years, I transformed my health through a blend of modern science and ancient wisdom. From foundational lifestyle changes like nutrition and exercise to deeper work on mindset inspired by Louise Hay, Joe Dispenza, and Taoist philosophy, every step of my journey brought me closer to healing. But it wasn’t until I discovered the power of Qigong and mindfulness that I truly experienced a breakthrough—one that shifted not just my physical health but my entire outlook on life. Now, in my mid-40s, I’m healthier, more resilient, and in better shape than ever before.

In 2024, I left my successful career in healthcare and research administration in NYC to focus entirely on helping others manage stress and overwhelm, guiding them toward achieving the balance between health and success that I had worked so hard to create.
​
As a certified medical Qigong teacher, meditation, yoga and breathwork instructor, and an integrative health coach, I’ve made it my mission to help others navigate the overwhelm and stress of modern life. My approach is grounded in practical, actionable solutions tailored for busy professionals who, like me, strive to balance ambitious careers with health and well-being.​
